From the Meadowbrook Parkway: Take Exit M7E (Babylon Tpke/Merrick). Make a right at the light on Babylon Tpke. Make a left at the first light onto Smith Street. After the 3rd stop sign, but before the 1st light on Merrick Avenue, make a left into the parking lot across the street from Chase Bank. Merrick Physical Therapy is towards the middle of the parking lot. There is a rear entrance.
From Sunrise Highway East: Make a right onto Merrick Avenue. At the second traffic light (Smith Street), make a left and then a right into the first parking lot.
