I thought my shoulder…

When I came here I thought my shoulder, specifically my rotator cuff, would never feel better. It had hurt for nearly 6 months or more. I met Joe the physical therapist and he knew exactly how to treat what was botherinhg me. He’d stretch places not even close to the problem and they would directly affect the problem. I went only twice a week but over the course of a few weeks it felt better and better. Today I feel almost 100%.
